How long is my first appointment?
Initial evaluations run 60–90 minutes, giving us time to talk through your history and goals thoroughly. Follow-up visits are shorter, typically 15–30 minutes.
What ages do you treat?
I work with adolescents and adults, ages 16 and older, throughout Washington and Oregon.
Do you accept insurance?
I'm currently self-pay. I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Is telehealth private and secure?
Yes — every visit is conducted through a secure, private video platform, from wherever you're comfortable.
