I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA\/FSA cards. A card is kept securely on file for your convenience.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"ipf-panel\">\n        <h3 class=\"ipf-h3\">Cancellations<\/h3>\n        <p>Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full visit fee. If you are not in Washington or Oregon at the time of your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled, and the late-cancellation policy may apply.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"ipf-panel\">\n        <h3 class=\"ipf-h3\">Telehealth Appointments<\/h3>\n        <p>To join, you'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection. Please choose a private, quiet space for your visit.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"ipf-panel\">\n        <h3 class=\"ipf-h3\">Using Your Insurance<\/h3>\n        <p>Although I don't bill insurance, many patients with PPO plans can be partly reimbursed for out-of-network care. I'm happy to provide a superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company. Call your insurer beforehand to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
